Sorry if this is in the wrong section. Has anyone had arthroscopic surgery on their knee? If so, how long did it take you to recover to the point where you could lift again? Thanks.
I had ACL reconstruction arthroscopically last year. I had my knee immobilized for 5-6 days, then started physical therapy. I could get enough flexion in my knee to get a parallel squat about 20-30 days after the surgery.
