Can o' tuna, lotsa olive oil, some old bay and some balsamic.
5 prunes, 2 nice large celery stalks, and scoop of peanutbutter.
Mineral supps, mutli-v, fishoil, as usual.
Rating: when the going gets rough, the roughage gets it going.

Been delinquent from breakfasts for the past 2 days.
Omelet with ham, cheese, tomatoes and peppers. Drizzled with hot sauce.
Fruit smoothie.
Rating: Could go for a Rolling Rock right now.

Some canned salmon, cauli with chopped garlic and oyster sauce and canola oil

A couple of southwest flavored grilled chicken breast strips
1 avacado
2-3 tablespoons of artichoke and tomato salsa
3 omega eggs
Scrambled into a hash in olive oil
A bunch of grapes
Rating: Pretty friggin delicious
