Rating: I couldn't finish my veggies. Nearly took my finger off while chopping them too; lot's of blood...

Chicken hearts, tomatoes, spinach, cheese.
The usual suspects: prunes, peanut butter, fish oil, supps, etc.
Rating: I heart chicken hearts.

Wow, chicken heart and peanut butter! Actually thats not so weird, its just Thai style chicken satay right?
Just been to Thailand, 7 chicken hearts on a stick , freshly grilled for 30c, great! Avoided the liver, i guess they werent organicly fed... ;-)

My rating on the blackberries is scrumptous. Had 'em again today same rating! Don't know what I'm gonna do when the two gallons of frozen berries still in the freezer run out?
