I had to post my breakfast yesterday from the Wynn
Big ole slice of ham
Yogurt, fresh nuts and strawberries
Scrambled eggs with pico de gallo, salsa and fresh guacomole
1 Taso Ham egg benedict (WOW)
1 bowl of sliced pink grapefruit
Rating: How in the hell do I get this every morning!
BTW John even if you go IF you still will be having a breakfast meal it just won't be at the traditional time, so you can keep this thread going forever!

No. This is breakfast. Not some post modern notion of linguistic historicism that recreates "breaking of the fast." Breakfast, simple. Deconstruction is for joggers.
As thread creator, I set the rules, and the rules were and are:
Breakfast is defined as a meal one has soon after waking up, or a meal consisting of traditional breakfast foods.
I mocked (gently, this is the PM after all) others for posting their IF first meals, and it would be bullshit for me to claim that a 2pm first meal is a breakfast. Unless it was pancakes.
Others can keep the thread alive. I bet I'll have some breakfasts on the weekend, when my normal 2pm first meal often takes a nice breakfasty/brunchy turn. But the rules are the rules. Relativism is for wimps who can't hack the rules.

I'll join, even though my breakfast is usually the same thing every morning. This thread is not going to die damnit.
4 scrambled omega-3 eggs
2 ounces turkey sausage
quarter avocado
apple
Rating: 10 pounds short of a deadlift PR. Only because I was hungry 3 hours later.
