I was asking myself this today. I think it was something like less than 30 minutes and it infiltrated my system to nauseous proportions.

Rating: Had my first flesh-eating zombie dream last night. Like the Godzilla dream, it was a lot scarier to experience than to watch on TV.

Yoon where do you get all the free packets of PB? They seem to be a staple of your diet.

Ah yes. I get the packets from the company cafeteria -- they keep a basketful of 'em near the bagel & muffin station for people who buy...bagels and muffins. Upon reviewing my entries, I'm sure the cashiers are on to me since there's never anything I get in the morning that one could possibly spread peanut butter on (protein shakes, coffee, omelettes, fruit, etc.).

Omelette (ham, cheese, peppers)
A giant leftover Caesar salad I snagged from a meeting yesterday
Pack of peanut butter
Coffee
Rating: I had another dream where everyone kept on telling me to get my act together and grow up. On a somewhat related note, I've been wearing the same dress slacks to work for 8 days straight.

Kids wanted pancakes so pancakes they shall have!
Vanilla Protein Pancakes (1 1/2 scoops vanilla protein mixed into batter) covered with peanut butter and a little raw honey for syrup. OK I had one, just one and it was good.
4 Sunny Side up eggs, I had the gridle out and that is the only way to roll, big slab of butter and eggs.
It is always a blast cooking with the family. BTW major bonus points as I served my wife her breakfast in bed with the Sunday funnies.
Rating: Roll in bed with honey.
