Roast beef (cold cuts) 1/4lb.
Apple, pb, etc... then coffee later.

I was out and about pretty much all day, but my thoughts kept drifting towards this thread...

-3 blueberry pancakes with butter and syrup
-Canadian bacon
-2 eggs, sunny side up
-Hash browns
-Toast
-Coffee
-Apples

-Lumberjack Breakfast, this time from Renaissance Diner.
Pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, ham

-More apples from my big bag 'o apples

-Coffee, black, no sugar

Rating: Can't wait for art classes to start again, as the Square Diner in TriBeCa trumps all others in the Lumberjack department...

This was the only one that was postworthy/postable from my last few breakfasts!

May 28, 2007
4 slices of TJ's turkey bacon
4 scrambled eggs + cheese + ham + salt/pepper
1 cup of strawberries

Sausage links (4), some whey shake, the constant apple, only one tablespoon of peanutbutter, the usual supps (no Mg) and I think that's it. Whoopee.

~1 c egg whites in 1/2 c orange juice
1 c strawberries over 3 c romaine with balsamic ving and olive oil
1/4 c almonds
1/4 c walnuts

4 n3 eggs over 12 asparagus spears

4 n3 eggs with ham and berries

4 oz top round 1 egg and berries

2 cup blue berries
handful walnuts
Cinnamon
ginger
28 g whey/ egg
1 egg
blend

chicken avocado and cayenne with warm tomatoes

omelet with whatever veg I have
