Just a lot of instant coffee (a.k.a. Satan's urine) from the machine at work for the past 2 days. F*cking Flavia machine...I wish I could quit you.

Big effin' pork chop.
Half of a smaller pork chop (ate the other half last night).
Spoonfuls of wheat germ oil, fishoil... an emergenC and fiber shake.
Rating: Pork - eat it for life!
