Ben - I LOVE coddled eggs (somewhere between a soft boil and a hard boil - about eight minutes in barely-boiling water) on spinach salad with sauteed onions. I'll have to try the fried-egg variation and add salmon! Yolk is a great dressing IMO.

1.5 breasts of leftover chicken (baked, breaded in almond flour w/ a butter sauce) and 1 apple

Ratings: Almost just as good cold the next morning...

Also, the drink box? why don't we call those protein shakes pre-mixed "drink boxes" like the "juices" we drank as kids? Probably because they're gross and shouldn't be had.

chicken in a crockpot (with onions and carrots and celery and little else), which will probably be my lunch and dinner as well. oh and a peach.
