Broke my fast with a PWO shake after a workout in a fasted state.
My first solid meal of the day:
2 cups of steamed broccoli
2 chicken breasts + 2 tbsp's of pesto + 2 tbsp's of olive oil
Rating:Bland but it gets the job done, having no parmesan cheese really changes the taste.

One can albacore, with olive oil and old bay.
The usual supps, that's it.
Rating: Get an apple or something else at work, you jerk.
