went out for breakfast and got the same ol' omelet with chicken and avo and swiss that I always get, except no OJ this time, but I did eat the potatoes. but no whole wheat raisin toast and no jam and no ketchup

Rating: some improvement?

Two Omega-3 eggs with broccoli, a little raw cheese (warmed up) and a really yummy chicken apple sausage. Oh and half a tangello.

Rating: I eat so much better when I'm cooking for someone else.

broccoli slaw sauteed in olive oil with 2 omega 3 eggs, some flax and hemp seeds and tehina! A mini Bio-K for dessert (1st time with this)
