Berries and avocado.
Protein shake.
Rating: Weak. Worthless. When's the last time you made a new PR? How long you gonna be sick for? Gonna miss the Sablo, huh? Gonna miss the CT meet in April, too? Crap, you'll miss the CT open in August, you pussy! You'll lose to that long haired goateed hoser again! Will you ever snatch 100? Break 90? You need to seriously get it together, you waste of protein, waste of tendon, waste of iron. You make me sick.

Complimentary breakfast:
scrambled eggs
sausage of enormous girth
gigantic strips of bacon
French toast of epic proportions
strawberries and pineapple
yogurt
sliced almonds
coffee
orange juice
Rating: A good showing at the breakfast buffet. Not All-Star, MVP calibre, but then again, I'm not in top form. I'm officially ill now. I sensed it coming a few days ago, but the deadlines and all-day meetings were mandatory and there was nothing I could do.

2 Hot rox on an empty stomach
vanilla + flax seed shake 1/2 hour later
Rating: I think I need to stop posting in the breakfast thread as reading Yoon's breakfast is making me salivate. Pavlov's dog anyone?
