Two eggs scrambled (in coconut oil) with onions, green peppers and some turkey ham.
Rating: I dig lunch meat in eggs; should've thought of that earlier. Also I picked out most of the green peppers. Maybe I am more paleo than I thought.

Just a few cups of tea.
I was looking forward to an egg-stravaganza this morning but was stricken with nausea and vomitting last night, culminating at 4:00AM with violent dry heaves and a chilly, out-of-body experience.

Pork chop, blueberries in coconut milk.
Rating: There is a weight pressing you down. Can you feel it? Of course you can. It's not very heavy, but for you it is, because you lack strength. You lack power. Can you toss this weight from you? Can you cast it and everything else that burdens you aside?
Go count some blocks, weakling.
