1 hard boiled egg/1 white with 1/3 avocado
Trying this lite am meals before lifting!!

Sauteed onions in coconut oil with 1 whole/2 whites omega eggs and some avocado and seeds! Coffee, yerba mate

(I wish they served steak and coconut curry at the breakfast bar)

Not breakfast but I don't care! This was my solid meal last night.

Chipotle salad =
Romaine +
chicken +
steak +
tomato salsa (I know mild is for babies but the hot makes me hot the next day) +
cheese +
chipotle honey vinigarette

Rating: Oh so good, double meat is good, back on liquids today.

I blended up a can of coconut milk, a bag of frozen cherries, some BerryGreens and three raw eggs. It made four cups and I drank two.

Rating: Sure beats Girl Scout cookies!
