Rating: 'Acapulco' salad (marinated chicken breast, mango, mixed greens, cocount, oranges) in the evening --> PR bowel movement the next day.

Leftover broccoli and onions w 2 eggs w seed concoction, some leftover coconut milk/whey/cacoa nibs/hemp shake
coffee, yerba mate

Mashed cauliflower and asparagus with coconut oil sauteed onions and fresh naturally (homemade) smoked turkey and beef tongue and an omega 3egg!!
coffee--lots of it

at home, protein shake, with brewer's yeast
blueberries, stuff

at work, ham, fresh kielbasa, whole milk, and poppyseed cake, supps
