My standard breakfast has now been upgraded.

4 pork sausage patties (1/3 lb, pre-coooking), 4 fried omega-3 eggs, 1 avocado, 1 apple, coffee, 1 tbsp liver powder (with a water chaser!).

Rating: 1100 calorie breakfast works for me.

Not enough meat. Not enough squatting either, come to think of it.
