orange juice (i know it's not paleo, but it's dopaminergic)
some potatoes on the side there, with ketchup

under $15 and very filling and yummy

couple chicken breast chunks
half a chopped onion
calabrese sauce mixed with black / white / cayenne pepper, paprika and italian seasoning
sunflower seeds

rating: spicy food is great during winter

Leftover chicken hearts that were simmered in a tomato curry.
The usual apple and peanut butter, for completeness, and the usual capsules of health.
