Leftover pork chop, blueberries in coconut milk.
Fish oil, cod liver oil, CLA.

Rating: the pork chop was dry. Shoulda reheated it covered in butter. Butter is always the answer. When it's not bacon.

Round 1 (at home):
A cup of cold coffee that had been sitting on my desk since Sunday morning

Round 2 (at work):
2 eggs, sunnyside up
real bacon
an Engrish muffin
Fresh coffee

1 pint raw grassfed kefir with cinn

~6oz Ground Bison cooked with ~2C chopped up chard + olive oil
Ice water with about 1 tbs of liquid chlorophyll mixed in.
Swig of fish oil.

A poor showing overall. Sleep deprivation = appetite killer.
