Another SBK kid joins the fold:
probiotic
fish oil
swigs of wild root kombucha
strip of real deal bacon crumbled on scallops which were sauteed in the fatty remains (aka bacon grease)
strawberries
sunflower sprouts
lick of hemp butter
Rating: Parfum de pork fat fades too quickly on rainy days. Baruch atah adonai...

1st shift--2 coffee
2nd shift @1245: 1/2 pint raw kefir
broccoli slaw sauteed in coconut oil w/ egg and tehina and more olive oil
walnuts--soaked and then roasted w/ olive oil, agave and spices!!
Rating:ITS STILL MY BREAKFAST EVEN THOUGH ITS 1245!!
