Woke up late and had to run out the door (once again forgetting the aforementioned breakfast steak).
Just an apple. Big lunch planned today.

I've been doing this thing called the double breakfast.
It involves something at home, and something at work.
Today it was a whole milk + Muscle Milk shake at home, then a bunhc of turkey, an orange and some other stuff at work.
It's all about getting 70-80+ g of protein in before 11am.
Rating: Utility = high. double the meals, double the fun. And when does XfitSouthBK start it's Friday Night Lifting Fun?

I understand that Friday Night Lifting at the Lyceum may not be possible. The owners would prefer hosting things like breakdancing contests rather than having the floor be broken. Perhaps there are other days of the week that could be re-named Friday Night Lifting? I defer to my trusty leader, Mr. Osorio.
If you get 70-80 grams of protein in by 11am, what's the quota for the rest of the day?!

Are you serious!??? In addition to snatching 100kg, becoming a proficient breakdancer is one of my 2008 goals.

So many hopes, so little time. My windmill will be unstoppable one of these days.
But seriously, some heavy lifting would be awesome.

That's sad. I'm close enough where I could walk home now.
My bodyweight is maybe 177lbs? So 177g is the minimum. Experimenting with getting even a higher ratio that that.
BTW, you lose points in this thread for not eating the egg yolks.

Breakfast:
4 eggs, 2-3 cups kale, fish oil, h20, Gala apple
rating:
Here we are!
The Lyceum primarily makes their greenbacks on Friday and Saturday nights so us lowly Xfitters get the boot. I'm working at my other job on nights where i'm not at CFSBK, Sundays might be an ideal time for a mid-late afternoon O-lifting. Warning, we don't have as nice barbells as LBH and there are no formal platforms. If there was enough interest in this program i could see investing in said equipment. (Investing in it sooner than later, that is)
Where are you living, John?
