So the Pendlay bar gets the Yoon seal of approval. I was actually hesitant to get them because the price was so good. Do they have decent whip?

For what it's worth:
I had/have the pendlay women's economy cf bar. i would rate it ok but then i had a prob w it (collars were slipping) which glenn was promptly able to take care of in regards to a new bar. but i decided to go up to the middle bar (not competition/not economy) which has a much better spin!!

That sounds dreadful! At least I only had to go to 43rd and 11th to pick up my 15kg bumpers, though trying to find a cab home near the Lincoln tunnel was impossible (the driver of the original cab bailed on me while I was inside waiting). Had to do a farmer's walk with a plate in each hand in the rain while all the rush hour commuters laughed at me. One day I will have my revenge on them.
Yeah, seems like a good bar based on how the lifts felt at CrossFitNYC and from what my coach has told me.

You lose a point for using a non-fat product.
You lose another point b/c Fage is available in some wonderfully full fat varieties.

But ohhh, the protein in 0% Fage. I'd have to eat 2 cups of the full fat to get the same yummy greek protein goodness.
87g of protein before lunch. I shoudda, couldda eaten 2 cups of Fage, and 2 eggs to get me over the 100g mark...
