Been fasting through morning taking ZMA in the morning past days. Today I broke the fast early and massively for some reason haha!

Cooked a new batch of boiled eggs for the next few days minus 6 of them! I boil 18 at a time in my spaghetti boiler. haha that thing hasnt seen pasta in years.

Oh and beef jerky, about a half cup or so... And water a liter or so... and a nice strong double bagger PG Tips


Rating: The legs have never felt better after PR'ing DE box squats by 50 POUNDS!

turkey bacon (the pork alternative was looking rather pitiful and swimming in a sea of its own grease)
