warmed tuna with some kale marinated in tehina, added an egg and some hemp seeds, baby plum
coffee

ground buffalo cooked with 1 bag of spinach + 1 Haas avocado + 1 white peach + 1 teriyaki buffalo stick

napa cabbage, spinach, sliced green olives, smoked salmon and an egg pan sauteed in some coconut oil with a small bit of tehina drizzled in too
