-Breakfast scramble (eggs with whole milk and butter, one gigantic chicken sausage, 3 hearty stalks of asparagus)
-enough blueberries to turn my poo dark for days.
-Coffee
Rating:
The heel heights are very similar -- a little over 1 inch.
Construction seems very solid. The only area where I can foresee some possible early wear-and-tear occuring is on the inner padding around the ankle -- the fabric here is very soft and cushioney.
In terms of size/weight, while the Nikes are larger, they feel only slightly heavier (mainly towards the front of the shoe). The Nikes also have considerably more padding than the Adidas, contributing to the overall size.

From Saturday, but it's worth noting.
Sausage Murrito
12 inch tortilla filled with eggs, sausage, peppers, and onions - and the best part - topped with chili and cheese. Side of guacamole and sour cream.
Rating: Perfect way to start my Saturday cheat day.
If you're ever in Tulsa, OK stop by Brookside by Day - it's worth it.

A cup of instant hazelnut coffee from the machine at work.
For the first year or so, I've joked that the brown dreck this contraption spits out tastes like the devil's urine. Much to my chagrin, consuming these flavored offerings has become a morning routine.
Rating: It's official: my soul has died.
...but hey, at least I'm snatching 200lbs now
