Found some old, long-forgotten sirloin steaks in the freezer. Had one for breakfast with a side salad consisting of overpriced organic weeds, tomato, a whole avocado and some oil & vinegar. Finished off with half a carton of blueberries that were a bit past their prime.
Rating:
Decently filling, but could have used some more substance (i.e., gravy, bacon, and flan).
2-and-a-half Alekseyevs (out of 5)

Seems like this is turning into my normal morning routine.. well more like 12:00 noon routine

almond milk,mixed berries and protein powder smoothie
3 duck eggs
turkey or pork bacon
yerba mate tea
cannot start my day without this.

Reviving the dead much?! I'll have to stat posting my weekend breakfast options as my weekday (coffee with heavy whipping cream and 1 splenda) would get pretty boring.
