Default SDLHP numbers?

What would be considered good or descent for SDLHP ME loads as well as RE loads?

So if I can DL 2.2x my BW what would be a descent SDLHP goal? (reason I ask is because as of now, I can only do around 115lbs at a BW of 153lbs, which seems not good or descent)

SDLHP is a pretty unusual thing to be working ME on since the limiting factor is going to be your arms and shoulders which means your legs aren't really going to get a lot of work.

I would suggest if you want to do an explosive pull for ME loads you should stick to power cleans or clean pulls.

your best Power clean is likely to be around half your best deadlift and you best clean pull might be up to 2/3 of your deadlift but then it becomes a bit blurry as to whats a true pull and whats a deadlift.
