Bam, bam, bam, bam.

I remember Biotest was coming out with a myostatin blocker that supposedly would increase muscle tissue exponentially and even help sufferers of MS.

It disappeared quietly.

Seriously, though, that's a thought... if we could develop the technology to manipulate myostatin levels as if with a switch, what would happen to athletics and strength and conditioning? For a decade, you might probably have some bizarre situation where non-competing trainees who are "on the myo" are better developed than tested professional athletes.
