I don't see the harm in saturated fat either, as long as your diet favors more o-3's at the end of the day than o-6's. This is based on my own experience as I skin breaks out like crazy (major sign of inflammation) when my o-3/o-6 ratio is wildly off-balanced. In the last few wks, I began downing a tbsp of Carlson's orange flavor fish oil with each meal and haven't broke out once since. Guess I'm on the fence as well...taking Cordain's side with omega 3's as our dominant fat source and Eades side with saturated fat's getting an undeserved bad rap.
