Happy Birthday John!
Hope all is well on your 25(?) birthday!
P.S. How's the ankle doing?

Thanks! So far, so good. Now if I can high tail it out of the office early today it will be great.
ahhhhhh, 25. Seems like just yesterday I was 24...(sorry, couldn't resist)
Ankle's doing well, standard rehab protocal...ice, theraband work. Played softball last night in the "hot corner" and my ankle was great...now I just need to fix the gaping hole in my glove. Did a couple workouts but haven't managed to post to the log.
Considering emailing Nicki for the ol' birthday WOD experience...might just wait to see if she notices.

We just sent John his B-day work out. His ankle will be the least of his worries.

My 24th birthday was a literal orgy of drunken hedonism.
My 25th birthday had me celebrating by firstborn's first six month of being an colicky demon from hell, and he had just started sleeping more than an hour at a streth.

Both situations seem potentially gratifying AND fraught with immense danger.
