The Marshmellow
Ok...so I will start by saying that my boyfriend thought that it would be a good idea for me to start posting my workouts on here. After looking at the individuals who post here I was a little intimidated to see that I am the only female who has a blog here.
So here it goes...
I am 25, height 5 foot 2 inches, weigh 130 lbs. body fat around 18-19% down from 140 lbs. and 27% which is down from 150+ and over 33% body fat.
Goals
1. To continue to get back into shape. I used to play basketball in high school and weighed between 110 and 115.
2. Lose another 5-10 lbs. To have an end weight between 120-125

Welcome. But you're the second gal after Yael.
And you're boyfriend was correct. You will quickly become awesome by association alone.
Training looks good so far...

Hey Greg and Allison,
Thanks for the welcome. I hope that having my workouts posted will help me remain consistent and reach my target goals sooner. I look forward to all I can learn from the PMenu!

Megan, welcome to the jungle.....wait...I think that is a song. Keep those workouts and nutrition consistent and you will see great results in no time, just take the battle one day at a time....and feel free to ask any questions, there is a guy here named Robb who thinks he knows everything......

Megan...Don't believe it for a moment. Allison is 100% stud(ete?). She is even published for her olympic lifting exploits!
Welcome and have fun

Megan glad to have you on the board. I love being able to keep my training, grappling and nutrition log on in one place, and I know if I have any questions I can ask one of the experts for assistance.
Does your boyfriend keep his training log here also?

I am late but welcome on the forum. No need to feel intimidated, there are lots of non-studs on the forum...

Thanks for the welcome and encouragement everyone. To answer Derek...no he does not have his workouts posted, but he needs to.
Today's workout
WU: quick run, double unders and bw squats.
4 Rounds for time:
10 kb cleans
10 kb press
10 kb snatch
10 kb squats
repeat on opposite side = 1 Round
26 lb kb
21:01
Santos is going to die for making me do this. It sucked. My arms hated the presses(esp. my left side) which looked more like push-press by the time I was done with my second round but oh well. Hope to improve my time, next time...which I might add will NOT be in the near future!!
