O-lifting and Wakeboarding

I got to tell you the o-lifting is really paying off in all of my hobbies. My BJJ is more explosive and on the water I am getting more air then ever. Here is a couple of pictures from an early morning session on Saturday up at our little place on the lake we call the Redneck Resort.

Here is my brother in law Michael. He is incredible on a kneeboard. I was driving the boat so this was the best shot I snapped.



Here is a friend of ours Rob who much like our Robb is a total stud. He is a surfer and hadn't been on a kneeboard in over 3 years. I guess he still has it.



Here is my boy Jr crossing the wake.

And finally the best picture I have ever had of me on a wakeboard. Thanks to Rob's wife Kate for catching this with the camera.



The weather was awesome and we had good water both Saturday and Sunday so the riding was great also. Not too bad for a couple of middle age guys .

I manage to get a God-awful amount of water up my hoo-ha when doing that stuff...you guys would just have fun dragging me around the lake..."skip" style.

A lot of people pay a ton of money for that kind of Hoo-Ha deep fresh water cleansing. And think with us at least you get to eat grilled chunks of animal and consume whatever quantities of your desired adult beverage while waiting for your turn to be dragged around the lake.

The grilled meat and booze sound like heaven, the hoo-ha cleaning...sounds like a bad prison movie. I'm in though.
