Snatch- on clock

Snatch pull
3x3@80

Front squat
3@90,3@100,2@100,3@90,3@90

Then just did some body work

Notes- back was a little tight, other than that no idea why I missed 65 twice!

Backed off on front squats as they felt a bit ugly, I think I need to focus on perfect reps!

Clean pull- 100,105,110,115,120,125,130,135, 2x2@105

Body work- light bench, rows, walking lunges

Notes- felt horrid early then snapped out of it, I'm trying to avoid temptation to go heavier..

Regarding the clean- they are power cleans, should I nudge the weight up, or catch, then drop a squat, just to work the weight?

Notes- early and cold in a shed

Kinda dropping squats back in weight and will build up again

Power clean- 2@60,2@70,80,85,90,92.5,95x,95x

Snatch pull- 2@70,2@80,85,90,95,100,105,110,2x2@90

Body work- push ups, db presses

Notes- the missed snatches were full snatches, though I didn't stand out of them, I dropped the weight once buried, probably a bad habit..
95 power clean was real close, just needed faster elbows, second attempt never got past a deadlift

Hadn't logged as was keeping my log on pendlay, but it's gone, had been too lazy to keep backing up..
This will be my main now anyway, I like catalyst better anyway from a YouTube fanboy standpoint!

Long story short-
Been squatting forst, legs getting stronger, lifts going up, went for a 10rm last week, got 9@125, did have it too... Reps are lower now but building up weight and intensity

Notes- tired but feeling decent through training

Have local comp in 3 weeks, and a state comp in 5-6 weeks, could someone link me to a 2 week taper, I know Greg has posted a generic one here somewhere?
