Study says combination of exercise and caffeine can fight skin cancers
Summary:
Apoptosis is how the body safely disposes of sun-damaged cells. Mice drinking caffeine had 95% higher apoptosis. Mice who exercised had 120% higher apoptosis. Mice who did both had 400% higher apoptosis. Article (w/f safe): http://www.iht.com/articles/ap/2007/...r-Caffeine.php

Is there anything that exercise isn't good for?

I just read the other day in the Gerson (cancer) therapy book that they frown upon both exercise and direct sunlight on the skin. Wow. No fish oil either.
They also highly recommend/include oatmeal and potatoes.
While I think Gerson's therapy does have its merits, there are some significant improvements/overhauls that could be made, especially with some mild/moderate exercise....

Wait, were the mice getting coffee, or straight caffeine in water???
I always like to make a distinction, as there are a boatload of other chemicals in coffee...
