I have a couple of questions. Firstly, i was wondering if anyone knows where i can find a chart or just some good solid information on what foods contain good probiotics, and what foods are prebiotics. Also, what foods feed the bad bacteria. I've done some google searches but haven't really come up with much..
Also, i've read that 85% of our intestines should consist of good bacteria, and 15% bad bacteria in order for gut to be fully healthy. Is this a true percentage? I'm also wondering what the benefit is of having bad bacteria in our guts. I've read that we need some bad bacteria in our guts, i'm wondering if someone could explain why?
