This is my first post but am a long time lurker and am fairly new to IFing.
Poking around PubMed I found this study that seems to back up ketogenic diets and short term calorie restriction as a way to upregulate antioxidant production with no real downsides. Not that we didn't already know that, but its cool to see it backed up by studies:
