Wow. And that volleyball setup at the end was pretty sweet.
Guess it just goes to show that if you take a kid out of the house at a young age, enroll them in a sports school, and train the sh&t out of them all day every day, they can turn into that.

I love seeing these old training videos.....I laugh when I hear people say "Man how can I be like him"?....Ummmmm move to a remote village and train for 15years....that will be a good start.....
