Damn....3 hours to answer 15 questions and you can only get 1 wrong and still pass?? That and I'm pretty sure until I get at least a 400 bench I won't be allowed to take it.....so basically never....
I would like to learn how to jump to my feet from my knees with 255# on my back.
You'd be surprised how often that comes up for me.
Side note: I came across a bar loaded with 410# on it and decided I'd try to shrug it (it was in the deadlift rack up about mid-thigh level).
It did not move. I could use a little Louie Simmons.
So why didn't they just say 140 minimum points instead of 135? Perhaps they give out partial credit? Interesting list of references they want you to be familiar with though.

The old Pass/Fail grade...no misunderstandings....you get 140...good job....130 get lost....eliminates anyone trying to find loopholes later and potential whinners since you know it has to be pretty hard for 3 hours to answer 15 questions...no idea about the 1/2 credit, somehow like a lift...you either do it right, or get it wrong....
Totally legit. Empiricism ala-crossfit is great. WSBB has talked a bunch about the experience base necessary to be an effective coach but there are a number of REALLY good resources and concepts that make one a more effective coach.
