Right proper squat....900 Pounds geared.
This vid is working it's wayt around.....
Note the Rippatoe RX'd style athletic squat, athletic to narrow stance, bar medium to high on the back. looking down not up. The deadlift is so buttery smooth, makes it look like he's got 100k on the bar.

The scary thing is is how smooth that 805 is, like he could have thrown on another 20lbs no problem...
