I had a much more scathing review that disappeared after a few weeks (no foul language, just a very disapproving view of the book which apparently isn't allowed). Avoid the book. It's nonsense.
Paleo is now the new trend....everyone will try and make their share off it. Wait till you see all these trainers that were doing "Super Core-ific" and "300" workouts all now switch to "Cavemen" training for their hollywood superstars....

My comment is OT, but I was surprised to read that Amazon deletes harsh criticism. I've never posted a review, but I do consider them (foolishly?) in making purchase decisions. I assume they don't filter out over-the-top favorable reviews ?
I don't think Amazon deleted it. I think the author has the ability to go in and remove stuff. But I could be wrong. All I know is that the comment was there because I checked back for replies and then a few weeks later it was gone. I know that since I called out that my scathing review was removed, it has remained.
