It's tough to say...it's dependent upon current levels of insulin sensitivity and fat content of the diet. Over time we up-regulate the enzymes used to metabolize fat. Intermittent fasting and metabolic conditioning enhance this effect.
I like the Metabolic diet. Natural Hormonal Enhancement is a goodie as well and gets into endocrinology and lifestyle to a much greater degree. Well worth the read.
