Default Therapeutic Dose of Testosterone?

Is there such a thing from a recovery/health/longevity bias perspective? Could a low dosage, in no way related to bodybuilding excess, be a beneficial aid like ZMA or creatine?

Once one is old enough and their hormonal axes are tapped out enough, I say sure. See this article for what I'm leaning towards as I age...
