Frank Wang and his Power Bias

Kind of a neat video. A light guy doing some very strong stuff. Worth a view if you have the time. Some UGLY form on some of the moves.

That's some amazing stuff, though he seems like a bit of a wanker Is it just me, or is there no way that was 350lb on the bench?

I thought that maybe he was using plates made of some new alloy
Either way, puts every possible thing I've ever done to shame multiple times over. Must be nice to have been born without any slow-twitch muscle fibers!

Did anyone else get an instant dose of The Fear at the sight of him leaping around in the thong? I'm not sure I'm over it yet.

The sad thing is that I've become inured to such spectacles.

The comments say: "p.s. Some of the captions are my PR lifts, not necessarily the weights in the video"
Was it just me or was his back rounded a good bit on some of those squats?
Edit: Ok, I just finished watching it. What's up with the jump squats in a thong? That just ain't right.

Wow some good stuff! Well, minus the thong shots.
It would be fun to sneak him into a Planet Fitness. He would probably cause the 'lunk alarm' to short-circuit and the staff to crap their pants.
