You might throw down a multi-b a few times per week. Fish oil...perhaps Alpha-lipoic acid. As a baseline I think that is a pretty good place to start, and may be all you need. Probiotics used to be consumed in our water and when we ate the gut contents of ruminants (yum). I think this is an emerging area of research that will have some important thigns to say about health.
