Default The York Courses

If you've been following my log, you'll know that I've been training with the old York Courses for the past couple of months. I've compiled a list of several of the courses and thought I'd share with anyone who's interested. The first part of the file has a short write-up on training with the courses, mostly synthesized from Advanced Methods of Weight Training.

This information is all available elsewhere on the Internet, I just wanted it in one place for my own training. Thanks to Dan John, Andy Fochtman, Brooks Kubik, Sandowplus, and the Irongarm members for supplying the raw material.
