Thanks Robynne, my shoulder is coming along pretty well. I'm just now starting to do pull ups and some ring stuff, just static hold and a few dips for now. I think what did it in the first place was just plain old over training. Too many pull ups, presses, etc. and not enough sleep. Your issue makes mine pale in comparison I think. Take care of it the best you can.
