Default Spirulina and Wheatgrass

Following on from the greens and veggie thread could somebody with infinately greater nutritional knowledge than me cast their eye over these two products. I appreciate supplements are only that but i would like to know i'm getting the nutrients i need on those days i'm on the run with work etc.

Never did any good for me. I get more daily energy from fasting and one cup of americano (expresso). That other stuff left me too jiterry and stomach was turning.

Spirulina is okay, I'd suggest blue-green algae or chlorella over it.

Wheat grass is wheat/grain. Not good. Leave it behind.
