Allen, +1 for quoting Army of Darkness.
and hey, ax and chainsaw skills are still useful today...but in the zombie apocalypse, they make you into a god.

Three handstand pushups. Face to the floor. First time ever with a complete (lacking paralettes) ROM. And then I did 3!
This was first thing in the morning exhausted and slightly hung over while in Ft Lauderdale. I am going to see how I do on them Thursday now that I have pulled some off.

Clean and Jerked 105kg @74 (ummm, a couple days later than I should have).
Of greater importance: I'll be attempting a bacon consumption PR this weekend. Stay tuned.

I set a new snatch PR today. I got 155. my previous best was 145. i had been stuck at 145 for a long time.
The last 6 weeks I followed an OL program that I found in Dan John's February newsletter. It is a program that was given to DJ by Pavel. basically, it uses your 80% max in a variety of sets and reps...but always 80%. Kind of like greasing the groove. my snatch is now 84% of my weight. my goal is a body weight snatch.
unfortunately i haven't been able to clean to front squat in over 2 months because of a wrist injury. that has been extremely frustrating.

Nice job Leo.
I forgot about this thread. Saturday.
Axle dead, 365x13 in 60 seconds.PR
flip 650 tire, 120 feet in 60 sec.PR
flip 750 tire, 13 reps, 120 feet in 90 seconds.
technically a PR but I was fairly gassed after the first two so not a peak effort really.

Dave all three of those are wicked impressive. Good work and awesome conditioning.
Leo, given your size, that muscle up is just shocking.
All the best,
Arden
