Finally power snatched 70kg -- for a double (1 from floor followed by 1 from hang). Previous 1RM was 67.5.
I'd rather be power snatching 100kg for reps, but I'll take what I can get for now

Tonight
Front Squat - 137.5kg / 302lb then just stalled at 140kg
First 300lb FSQ!
also an unexpected PR
500m row 1:31.8
Didn't realise it was a PR till i checked my old training diary, not bad considering my complete lack of metcon training and that I only had 3 hours of sleep last night!

Way to go Don.
I got my 200 LB Front Squat this morning. Strike one from the list of goals for the end of the year.

Hit a single Turkish Get-Up on both sides with a 100lb DB last night, after doing a 50/20 with 30lb weighted ring dips, getting 57 reps in 20 minutes. Not a bad day for a "rest" day

Even though i'm a metric guy I still kinda like the idea of achieving the following by the end of this year/early next year
Mil press 200lb/90kg
Front squat 300lb/137kg
Back squat 400lb/180kg
Deadlift 500lb/227kg
Fairly close to the DL and MP but the BSQ may take some work.
