One arm handstand against the wall for about 10 sec each side. Tried those before but never got anywhere. Today it was easy.
Also earlier this week - freestanding handstand for 30 seconds in one spot without moving hands.

Don,
Nice work!
Matthieu,
Take the PR, even if it wasn't the best you could have done, and beat it soon because you might have had more in the tank! Nice work at almost 2.5xBW!

Nothing earth shattering here---in no particular order some recent PRs (one exception: OHS PR is a year old):
OHS: 100 kg x 9 reps*
BS: 145 kg x 5 reps
FS: 140 kg x 1 rep
Snatch: 80 kg x 1 rep
Clean & Jerk: 100 kg x 1 rep
Best total in my barn-gym: 175 kg (75/100)
That's the qualifying total for the euro and worlds masters for my age and weight class (85 kg / M45) and I did this twice last week.
Most of this I did at at a BW of 85 kg or lower.
* BW 79 kg, actually I should be good for a bit more nowadays.

I PR'ed this weekend in the snatch 75kg. it felt good. I was stupid and got greedy and tried 80. should've done 77.5. 85kg is my goal.
