I got a pull-up! I've never done one, not even kipping, and today I got two, and one of them was a towel pull-up! It was kind of by accident, I was just messing around while my friend was resting between sets.
OK, so not a huge deal, but I thought I'd have to lose a lot more weight before I got any sort of pull-up, much less a dead-hang.

Hey Emily, good work!
Once you've got the first one nailed you'll be repping them in no time

49.5" box jump
Tried 50.5" and got owned, just glad I didn't hurt anything.

Righteous. It is a rare thing to miss a PR box jump and not at the very least scrape a shin.

Picked up 130kg / 285lb farmers and got them moving but didn't make it very far.
We were having trouble with one of the bars tilting and didn't figure it out until i weighed one of the plates and it was 28kg instead of 25kg!

Thanks. I was pretty surprised to see it myself. I've done a 1:24 a few times, but that was usually at the end of an intense workout (often a metcon). I hadn't worked out since Wednesday, and the Olympic lifting work I did beforehand was fairly light. Still, I want to try it again - maybe on a different erg - to make sure it wasn't a fluke.
