6'5", usually between 220 and 225 pounds these days. From what I've been told, I am built to row. I am not, however, built to snatch, and my numbers reflect that

Just a couple of rep PRs
BSQ 170kg x4 and 180kg x4
Previously only ever did those weights as singles.
Wanted to try 190x3 but I was all alone in the gym and didn't feel like dying on Easter monday cause i'm fairly certain resurrection isn't one of my special skills.

Gymnastic jackassery PRs have been coming fast and furious lately.
On high bar, 2 muscle-ups then 2 pullovers.
Rings, back lever, lowering into from inverted hang.
Straight set of 23 ring pushups (goal is 60 straight).
Videos of the first two will (soon) be on my log for 4/16.
Planning on setting some OL PRs at the upcoming 5/2 meet.

PR at 200 lbs sandbag to chest x5, hands on floor underneath the bag. I felt light headed afterward. My previous PR was to below knees.
Also, though not impressive, PR at 100 yard Farmer Walk with 95lbs dumbbells.
Have not been lifting much in the last 4 months. Only grappling, KB swings 1x week, resting and snarling at the bag since making it. I don't get it.

10 eggs and three 4oz links of Italian sausage with two cups of green beans on the side in two hours of continuous munching. Biggest meal I've had in a while. All that fat just kills your appetite. Next time, I'm shooting for sub-75 minutes, scaling back the beans to just a handful of spinach.
